Product design:

The tube-spatula and the removable cap are made of paper with a density of 60 to 120 grams per square meter.

The production technology applies glue used for contact with food.

The components of the product include:

•a tube sealed on one side, forming a spatula, and an outlet with a diameter of 8 mm on the other side;

•a cap, sealed on one side and a 9 mm hole on the other side, for putting on a tube, forming the integrity of the product.

The body of the stick can contain from 5 to 50 grams of bulk product, depending on the needs.

⁠ The length of the tube can vary from 15 to 20 centimeters. The ready-to-use stick can be packed in an individual package made of polyethylene or paper, which can be easily removed with one hand. To do this, it is necessary to clamp the body of the tube in the hand, lean it perpendicular against any surface and pull the individual package down, removing the product.

What is the cap for?

While opening traditional sugar bags, people often spill grains of the contents, as they tear it roughly, and sometimes they do not the tear to the end, leaving part of the product inside.

The "Shekostik" model has the shape of a tube with a clearly defined output slice, which allows you to pour the contents in the right direction, without spillage. And the cap serves to hold the contents inside and make it easy to open the product.

What is the spatula at the end of the stick for?

Using traditional sugar bags they offer to take a plastic object for stirring at the cashier desk. It can be a straw, a teaspoon or a tablespoon, a fork or even a knife. It often happens that there are no such items at all, because they have run out of such items or the items are not provided for, as in pharmaceutical products.

In addition, the above-mentioned plastic items in most cases are offered without individual packaging and stored in the open air, which is unhygienic.
